Payments and Refunds

This page explains the rules for CoraBiz payments, subscriptions and refund requests.

1. Payment provider

CoraBiz payments and subscriptions are processed through Moneroo, a payment solution operated by Axa Zara LLC, a company registered in the United States in the State of Delaware. Moneroo enables payments through several gateways and local methods, especially in Africa and beyond.

2. Prices and activation

  • CoraBiz prices are displayed in FCFA/XOF.
  • Paid access is activated after payment confirmation.
  • If a payment fails, is cancelled or is not confirmed, the paid plan is not activated.

3. No commitment

CoraBiz offers have no long-term commitment. Users may change plans according to the options available in their account or the conditions communicated by CoraBiz.

4. Refunds

No automatic refund is provided after activation or use of the service. A request may be reviewed case by case only in the event of double payment, obvious amount error, confirmed technical incident or payment not correctly taken into account.

5. Provider fees

Operator, gateway, mobile money or bank fees may depend on the payment provider and are not always controlled by CoraBiz. Some fees may remain due according to the relevant provider’s rules.

6. Payment support request

Any payment request must include the account email, the relevant plan, date, amount and payment reference. This information helps verify the transaction and respond faster.
