This policy explains which data may be processed by CoraBiz and how it is used to provide the service.

1. Data collected

  • Account data: email, profile information and identifiers needed for access.
  • Business data: prospects, offers, live campaigns, payments, follow-up notes and statuses.
  • Usage data: plan limits, exports, app activity and preferences useful for the service.
  • Messages generated or assisted by Cora when the user uses assistant features.

2. Purposes

This data is used to provide CoraBiz, manage accounts, track plan limits, process payments, secure the app, provide support, improve the product and help users organize their sales follow-up.

3. Third-party services

  • Clerk is used for authentication and access management.
  • Supabase is used for the database and storage of information required by the service.
  • Moneroo is used for payments. Moneroo is a payment solution operated by Axa Zara LLC.

4. Payments and card data

Payments are processed by Moneroo and its payment gateways. CoraBiz does not claim to store sensitive card data. Technical or confirmation information required for payment tracking may be kept to activate plans and provide support.

5. Possible public data

Some data may become public when the user chooses to publish or share an offer, marketplace page or live capture page. Only information intended for public display is concerned.

6. User rights

The user may request access, correction or deletion of data, as well as account support. Some requests may be limited by legal, technical or security obligations.

7. Security

CoraBiz applies reasonable measures to protect data. No information system is guaranteed to be fully infallible. Users must also protect their access and avoid uncontrolled account sharing.

8. Retention

Data is kept while the account is active or as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, handle support, prevent fraud or ensure technical continuity.
