CoraBiz is a SaaS service for sales tracking: prospects, offers, follow-ups, payments, marketplace, live capture and the Cora assistant. It helps users organize commercial activity, but does not guarantee revenue or business results.

The user must create an account to access the private application. The user is responsible for the accuracy of account information, access security and actions performed from the account.

The user is responsible for the data entered in CoraBiz, including prospects, offers, messages, prices, commercial information, follow-up notes and published content. The user must have the required rights to collect and use this information.

• Using CoraBiz for fraud, impersonation or illegal activity.
• Sending abusive spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable rules.
• Publishing or storing illegal, misleading, violent, discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Collecting data without authorization or bypassing CoraBiz technical, commercial or security limits.

CoraBiz plans may include limits on prospects, offers, Cora messages, live campaigns, users, exports and marketplace access depending on the selected plan. CoraBiz may change features, pricing and limits to improve the product or adapt the service.

The service may experience maintenance, technical incidents, slowdowns or interruptions. CoraBiz makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee permanent or error-free availability.

CoraBiz, its brand, interface, texts, design, visual elements and code belong to their respective owners. The user may not copy, resell, modify or exploit these elements without written permission.

CoraBiz may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, fraud, unpaid fees, breach of these terms, harm to the service or unlawful use. The user may stop using the service at any time, subject to the conditions of the active plan.
